American Inn - Corsicana

This place is an absoluteley disgrace. The open wiring in the ceiling was alarming, and the bathroom had leftover sticky glue from who knows what. The bed was hard and squeaky, yet I woudl ve been content with just a little extra attention to detail, but clearly that was too much to ask for. Almost considered a good review, but just couldn't.

Every detail was good and I appreciated it. The room was spotlessly clean with 2 queen size beds and my experience was fine. The most outstandingly accommodating staff I ever met. Location: the hotel was close to Texas, and restaurants.

Upon arrival, the hallway had a strong odor of smoke, made me question the cleanliness of the entire hotel. My room had clearly visible open wiring in the ceiling, quite alarming. The cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired, with sticky residue remaining on the sink from a previous installation. The experience was frustrating and did not meet my expectations.

It was close to what we needed to do. The coffee was fine, and there were blueberry muffins available for breakfast. The room was spacious for a family stay.

Had a decent stay! The room felt cozy with fun decor, and I loved how clean everything was. A bit noisy at night, but it wasn't a total deal-breaker. Check-in was smooth, nice since I arrived late.

We enjoyed visiting The Palace Theater and Pioneer Village, definitely highlights. The staff was super helpful, and we appreciated the cozy decor. It was easy to access main roads. I'd recommend this place for a fun group getaway.

We did notice it got a bit noisy outside at night, which could affect light sleepers in the group.

Couple Looking for a decent place

The staff were pretty friendly, and the whole vibe felt homey, especially the fun decor. It was nice to have everything clean, and check-in was easy, great for long travel days.

Not too pricey, but still a bit higher than what I expected given some shortcomings.

The Superior King Room, Smoking was super clean and had a cozy bed that I really enjoyed. The decor was vibrant and fun. I didn't check out the breakfast, but everything else met my expectations. I would definitely return!

The noise levels in the hotel were quite disruptive during my stay. From loud guests outside the room to noisy cleaning crews in the early morning, it was challenging to get a peaceful night's sleep.

The staff at American Inn are very very helpful and excellent. the location of the hotel is comfortable, really close to Texas. - Will be back if I ever visit Corsicana.
